How long is shipping?

All mail will be ship by stamp. Therefore, tracking will be unavailable. Below are the estimate arrival time, please allow extra time as stamp shipping can be delay.

Domestic: 1-2 weeks, International: 2-3 weeks depending on country

How does Refunds work?

Unfortunately, we don't do refunds as a small business. We allow cancellations. We also offer replacement mail which might be helpful for incorrect address provided during checkout for a $5 fee.

When are mails sent out?

Mails are sent out as soon as you purchase. If you sign up at the beginning of the month, please keep in mind that your order will still be shipped during the designated mailing period. Thank you for your patience!

How do I cancel/ change mailing address?

Please email us at mylittlenotesclub@gmail.com and allow about 48 hours for the cancelation or change of address update. The cancelation must be no later than the billing cycle period start date.

ex: purchase on March 15 for month of March, decided to cancel for month of June, must cancel before June 12th to give the system enough time to process the cancelation.

How do subscriptions work for a certain mail theme?

To receive the current month's mail, you must be subscribed before the 20th of the previous month.

ex: sign up between march 20 - april 20th will receive april mail as first mail and on-ward as shipping can vary with stamps.
